When it comes to great home decor, finding pieces that fit your unique style and budget can be a challenge. Knowing where to shop is half the battle, and it’s a question I’m asked almost every day. So, today I want to tell you about a few of my favorite home decor retailers in the Oklahoma City Metro. Some of them are chain stores you will recognize, others are local gems you may have never heard of until today, but all of them are worth seeing for yourself!
Urban Farmhouse Designs is, without a doubt, my favorite furniture store in Oklahoma City. Each piece is unique, handcrafted in the on-site workshop from reclaimed lumber. The quality and workmanship can’t be beat! Furnishings from Urban Farmhouse Designs are investments that will add beauty and character to your home for years to come.
I just started visiting Seredipity Market in Edmond a few months ago but it’s quickly become one of my favorite home decor destinations. With so many vendors under one roof, you’ll discover a wide variety of furnishings, antiques, and home accents that will suit any style or budget!
Located just outside of Quail Springs Mall, The Market features dozens of perfectly styled boutiques all in one convenient location. With showrooms full of inspiration, and a wide variety of styles and price points available, shopping The Market is a home decorators dream! Come prepared to stay a while, you’ll want to soak in every detail of these charming shops.
Located in downtown Edmond, Broadway Antiques & Market is the best little antique shop. Its dozens of independently operated booths each have their own unique style, so there’s something for everyone! My personal favorite is The Barn Market, a great source for farmhouse style antiques and rustic decor.
I’m always amazed by the number of people who still don’t know about At Home! It is, undoubtedly, the biggest home decor store in Oklahoma City, carrying a huge selection of indoor & outdoor furniture, bedding, rugs, wall art, home accents and more. Visit At Home when you have a few hours to spend, you’ll want time to browse every aisle of this massive warehouse-like store.
I’m sure you’ve realized by now that I’m a lover of all things DIY, so I can’t write a post about shopping for home decor without mentioning Hobby Lobby. Whenever inspiration strikes, I head to Hobby Lobby for everything I need to recreate my favorite styles at home. Try creating a wreath, filling a cloche, or designing a gallery wall with items found at their stores! Shopping at Hobby Lobby will get your creativity flowing! Don’t forget to shop their 50% off sales every week to maximize your savings!
Home Goods, located just outside the Metro in Norman, Oklahoma, is a sister store of TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. They carry similar brands, at the same great prices TJ Maxx is known for, but their selection is HUGE! I love shopping home goods for wall art, textiles, and home accents. A trip to Home Goods is definitely worth the drive!
Oklahoma City is filled with hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered, and I’m sure I’ve only just scratched the surface of what this thriving city has to offer. I’m always on the lookout for fun new places to shop and would love to hear about your favorite finds! Where do you buy your home decor? Leave a comment below to share!
